Diana Feeder
The Diana Feeder prefeeder boosts productivity long term and
delivers much shorter make-ready times with the same number of
staff. The new drive control system means that manual speed control
during production is no longer necessary. The fill level in the
folder gluer's feeder is set by adjusting the height of the
Diana Feeder. It is no longer necessary to then perform a
horizontal positioning correction.
The Diana Feeder is easily adjustable using a guide rail to
the folder gluer. Digital position displays for setting feed gates
do not just greatly simplify setup. Settings can also be reproduced
exactly for repeat jobs at any time. Changeover times for a new job
are cut significantly.
The apron control system features automatic centering, which
means the apron does not slip to the side even with an uneven load.
The apron's longitudinal grooves also ensure even more reliable
shingling and greater constancy in the shingle stream.
