Inlet Spotter
The timed feeder on the Inlet Spotter ensures greater reliability
and flexibility in the production of two-part packaging:
Complicated or curved blanks can be fed in with ease. The feeder's
operating speed of over 200 meters per minute (656 feet per minute)
sets the correct speed for the gluer. With its own servomotor, the
Inlet Spotter can be deployed flexibly on all folding carton
gluers.
Everything fits together. Digital positioning displays cut
setup times. The synchronous squaring chains ensure that folding
carton and inlet blanks are brought together with complete register
accuracy, thereby delivering high-quality end products. The Inlet
Spotter can be combined with add-on machines such as the Diana
Feeder and the inlet prefeeder for automatic, shingled transfer of
blanks, giving maximum productivity. Electronic monitoring in the
feeder area provides a long-term boost for reliability in
production, and waste is minimized.
