SPH Stream Delivery
The SPH is a stream delivery with integrated pressing device.
Conveyor belts accept signatures as they exit a folder or
saddlestitcher and guide them through a pair of pressing rollers.
The pressed signatures are then output as a shingled stream. A
large tilting range ensures an ergonomic removal height, even when
products emerge from the folding machine at a lower level. The
speed of the stream delivery can be infinitely adjusted. The feed
table is height-adjustable, allowing the operator to precisely
match it to the upstream equipment. Flexible adjustment of the
conveyor belts to the products' thickness ensures that they are
gently transported.
