ACC 2.4 Control Module
The ACC 2.4 is a digital control module for operating gate
fold buckle plates, gluing equipment, and timed perforating heads.
A combination of integrated functions inline with the folding
process lets the folder add more value and shortens the
manufacturing cycle considerably. With its outstanding flexibility,
this digital control module represents considerably greater
value than conventional controllers designed for only a single
application. Any two inline functions can be combined and are
independently controlled.
- Controls the pneumatically operated FFP gatefold buckle plate, gluing heads, and EAP heads for timed perforation
- Reduces investment costs compared to conventional controllers designed for only a single application
- Simultaneous, but independent, control of:
2 gatefold buckle plates
or 2 glue guns
or 2 EAP heads
or 1 gatefold buckle plate and 1 glue gun
or 1 gatefold buckle plate and 1 EAP head
or 1 glue gun and 1 EAP head
