Code of Conduct

We want to attain our business and strategic objectives in line with generally accepted ethical and social standards.

Attitude and behavior of every Heidelberg employee shape the company's reputation on the side of our customers, shareholders, business partners and the public.

With the following Code of Conduct, the Board wants to set a binding framework on the one hand and provide guidance to Heidelberg employees on the other hand, to let them know what is expected. This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, executives and the Board and has to be respected at all times. Superiors are expected to set a good example. They are also responsible to actively solve conflicts which might occur.
