We can offer financing from German banks and leasing companies for foreign customers. This is handled either directly or in cooperation with a foreign bank. Public credit guarantees play a key role in this since foreign financing by German banks for small and medium-sized companies is often accomplished in connection with coverage from a public credit insurer.

Cooperation with federal mandataries (Euler Hermes Kreditversicherungs AG and PricewaterhouseCoopers) is another important feature of our Financial Services approach. In order to develop complex markets and maintain business relationships even in unfavorable times, Heidelberg provides its customers access to favorable mid-term and long-term financing by arranging public credit insurance.

Prior to submitting an application, either your local Heidelberg Financial Services specialists or their colleagues in Germany will assess the coverage options with respect to customer creditworthiness and sustainability of the investment. Provided that this results in a positive judgement, the application will then be submitted to the federal mandataries.
